We recently had a health screening at work that included a blood test. Mine revealed that I have an LDL (bad cholesterol) of 177. Anything over 160 is considered high. This lead me to look for some healthy snack options. I found these little oatmeal bites that I'm pretty excited to try. The best part is you only need four ingredients!
2 very ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
mix the ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
You can add other things to your cookies as well. like a dash of vanilla extract, peanut butter, shredded coconut, and dried fruit. The possibilities are endless!
